It's a bargain store. It actually has bargains. My cashier was perfectly friendly and happy. Yet still got me through the process without feeling bogged down. Great VT friendliness!
You will find some good bargains here. You need to really look around and see what they have. Some of it is junk, but not all of it. I shop here several times a month.
Big lots has great customer service simply out of this world, our couch had some defect in its frame which was covered by manufacturer guarantee. They exchanged it and were really helpful and apologetic about it. Great staff and great service. Don't think twice to make them your first choice. Thank you so much big lots.
