I had been craving a Maple Bacon doughnut for months and decided to check this place out. The doughnuts looked amazing! I had what I was craving and my daughter had the chocolate frosting doughnut with sprinkles. Both were very tasty. I need to go back to try some different ones.
The next morning I received a call from the florist telling me they got my order and thanked me right away for ordering through them. The florist explained that they didn't have in stock a couple types of flowers featured in the arrangement. I asked what was missing and what she proposed to replace them with. I found her suggestions acceptable and approved the 2 substitutions. Online I left specific instructions for delivery and those were followed. My sister got the flowers within a few hours and I got an email from the florist saying the flowers had been successfully delivered.
Dennille at The Village Green was wonderful to work with. I was planning my wedding from out of state which made communication sometimes challenging, but everything turned out just perfectly. She really understood my vision and was very clear about what inspiration she was drawing from my pinterest board. She helped brainstorm affordable alternatives to more expensive flowers so that we could stay within our budget. Of all the elements of the wedding I have received compliments on, the flowers have been the most glowing and frequent. She even helped me get in contact with people to help me preserve my (stunning!) bouquet. Even though our floral budget wasn't huge, Dennille really delivered a gorgeous array of flowers that helped tie everything together. Definitely recommend!
I ordered flowers online for my mother's birthday. Unfortunately, they were not able to deliver to her workplace. I was pleased, however, that I was called immediately and informed of the issue. So, while I am disappointed, I must say that their customer service is excellent!
I did research on all the florists in the Essex Junction area and the Village Green Florist was head and shoulders above the rest. I ordered online from my home in NH in the evening and the payment process was smooth. There was a great selection to look through for every occasion (decent website).
