Good gym for the price. Friendly staff, clean workout stations and clean (ish) lockerooms. Never too packed and I always feel comfortable going there and using whatever I want/need to use for my workout. I just wish they would put channels on that didn't show fried food being made or any other type of very unhealthy items. But I would definitely recommend joining and going here!
Good, cheap gym for beginners and cardio centered workouts. Gets crowded often, staff are friendly but not all seem to be knowledgable about fitness. Not great for heavy lifting centered workouts.

Kind of a different setup. But I like it if I'm in Essex. My only recommendation would be more benches in the locker room.
