Be careful when shopping here. There have been more times than I can count when I've gotten home only to see that several of my items were long past the expiration date. There have been countless times when I've bought chicken and seafood only to get home and find that they are not fresh. It's not just one location, it's Price Chopper as a whole...or at least the ones in Vermont. Something really needs to be done about this

This is my "home" grocery store. I know where everything is and I know the employees. Everything is constantly stocked and clean while the food is plentiful.
The good: Great produce, seafood and flowers, with competitive prices. Staff willing to custom trim meat, steam or fry seafood, and assist with loading groceries into customer's cars (a true kindness for the elderly or disabled), all free of charge.
Easy shopping and very good fresh produce.
The bad: It's a mini-super-market, so it's cramped and the selection is often poor. All staff are friendly, but some are more professional than others.
