Not that great. The guy who helped me didn't look like a runner, watched me run, didn't say too much, brought me some shoes and asked if they were comfortable... I'd expect more from a store specializing in running... no racing flats either.
Professional staff with personal attention. Price advertisement was the only problem. They offered a great pair of shoes without confirming the budget so sticker shock ensued. I still bought them since she took the time to fit me and ensure they worked for me.
I have been to three different places to get the gait analysis and shoe fit, and this was by far the best match. I had excellent, competent and knowledgeable service by Cat. I highly recommend this place! I had my first run with my new shoes and it was such a treat. I am a recreational runner, average of 3-5 miles per run, 1-3 times per week. I am so excited about the new shoes!
I bought my first pair of running shoes at Fleet Feet a few years ago and I was so impressed by the service that it was the first place I went back for a new pair of shoes in December even though it's pretty inconvenient for me. I'm disappointed to say that I did not experience the same level of customer service. When I first walked into the store in the afternoon (which only seemed to have one other customer), I felt like the staff just didn't feel like helping me. It was almost the complete opposite of what I experienced at their old store. I left disappointed (and without new shoes). Maybe it was just a bad day?
As a newbie runner I bought my first pair of real running shoes here in April as an early mother's day gift to myself while on vacation in Vermont. The staff was super helpful and patient and helped me get the right shoes for my flat, over-pronating feet. Fast forward to July when I start having trouble with my right foot going numb while running longer distances. I went to my local fleet feet and they indicated I needed a half size larger shoe than I had purchased. Not wanting to spend another $125 if I didn't have to I called Fleet Feet Burlington and explained my situation. Literally the only question they asked was for my address to send out the corrected shoes. They even did it without me first returning my old shoes and just asked I bring them to my local fleet feet. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. A+++++ customer service
